Axolotl are illegal to own in the following states, so we may cancel your order if your shipment is to one of the following locations; California, Maine, New Jersey, Virginia and Washington, D.C. A permit is required in New Mexico and Hawaii.
Fresh Water Stingrays are illegal to own in the following states, so we may cancel your order if you your shipment is to one of the the following locations; Arizona, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Mississippi, Nevada, Oklahoma, Texas or Utah.
We do not ship outside of the United States.
24 Hour Next Day Shipping
Once your order is placed, it may take 1-2 business days to confirm your order and expected arrival date. We may delay any live shipment in case of extreme weather. When an expected arrival date is sent to you, it is expected that you will be home that day to receive your pet. Any issues with shipment are expected within 3 days of receipt of animal.
Shipping via FedEX Priority Overnight
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your pet’s shipping tracking number.
We prefer to ship to FedEx Hubs in your area if possible. An email will be sent after placing your order to verify best shipping addresses and timing.
